We are goal oriented
To control our activities we set clear and measurable goals. The purpose of these goals is to ensure that we deliver on time with the right quality and at the right cost to fulfil our profitability requirements. Our goals are divided into objectives, and by following up these objectives and correcting any deviations we provide the right conditions for efficient operations. To strive towards our goals we must always make sure that they are current. We place clear demands on each other to do a good job.
