To have common values is a way of clearly describing what our company stands for. Common values are one way to ensure that everybody strives towards the same goals. It creates confidence in our work. The aim of common values is also to create a sence of well-being. If we enjoy our work we improve the chances of doing a good job together, wich in turn creates more confidence.
Values at Kockums AB apply to the whole company and are the basis of our behaviour and our decisions. All Kockums employees follow these common values. The same is true for those involved in tempary work for us, such as contractors and consultants. Every manager responsible for his employees will keep them informed about our values. Together we will keep our values dynamic.
